UPDATE

Federal and State orders have recognized water and wastewater workers essential to the continued critical infrastructure.  Please note that COVID-19 is changing rapidly and we will adjust our operations accordingly to ensure the safety and well being of our staff and customers.

We Are Open

We are operating as usual, however, at this time we are trying our best to prioritize customers with wastewater (sewer) and water service line emergencies such as but not limited to; ruptured, broken, offset, leaking, clogged, backed up, shifted, misaligned and or collapsed piping, at this time.   Our estimating, video inspections and sewer cleaning services are experiencing delays at this time due to a high volume of project inquiries and we want to inform you that we are working as quickly as we can and appreciate your patience.

Our Role & Your Part

We have always practiced a safe and clean work environment.  We are instructing all of our employees to add the following procedures throughout our workday.  We are also asking our customers to do the same before and during our services.  These procedures are directly related to the CDC guidelines to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

• Wearing PPE when needed; masks, eye-wear, gloves, shoe coverings, etc.
• Disinfect work area to the best of everyone’s ability including equipment and vehicles 
• Frequently washing hands and disinfect electronic devices often
• Limiting close contact 
• Practice Social Distancing when possible; Please Do Not Touch our equipment, tools or workers, and please No Handshakes 
• If in the event you or a family member become sick please notify us immediately.  We will reschedule and complete your service(s) at a later date
