- Sewer Cleaning & Picote Descaling: This process restores flow and removes roots. However, Cichy’s is not liable for the failure of pipes that were already structurally unsound or thinned by decades of corrosion prior to descaling.
- Water Line Services: We service lines up to 1.5". Proper stop box maintenance and meter valve operation are essential for protecting the home's water supply.
- CIPP Liner Installation: Our trenchless "push patches" and full liners are innovative and cost-effective. Performance is dependent on the host pipe's condition during the curing process.
- Storm Sewer & Manholes: We ensure compliance with industry standards; however, heavy rainfall events exceeding system capacity are beyond our control.
- Winterization: Community garden and seasonal water line winterization are meant to prevent freeze damage but must be requested annually by the owner to remain effective.
